i am looking for a good floor jack to pick my jeep up for various projects. Im also looking for this jack to be low profile so i can still use it on my camaro. what jacks is everyone here using? How much lift height should my jack provide?

 

i think the highest ive sen from a low pro is 19 inches i think
, i suggest if u can just to get one high profile jack for ur jeep and a lowpro for ur camero, jmo

 

I found one at lowes that goes up to 22 inches.. thats about the highest i could find when i looked

 

check harborfreight thats where i got mine on sale for 50 bucks. normal price like 70 bucks i think. its a 3 ton and it goes up to maybe 19 inches and it has that screw top mount on top, where u can go up another 2 or 3 inches. and i believe its low enough for cars too, since i wanted it to work for my car too.

 

I am gonna check harbor frieght today. i was at pep boys last night and ran into a jack that went up to 22" it was $180. It was a low profile jack so i would be able to use it on both vehicles. they also had 6 ton jack stands that went to 23 inches for50 bucks. the 3 1/2 ton stands that go up to 20 inches were $35.
