If you can't weld and don't want to learn how, this is your beat bet. Or part it out and find a clean rig in the area.
If you aren't afraid to get dirty, this^^…
I did my floors and will be doing my rockers. But its work, and requires welding to be done right.

Grab the following and things should come together.
Angle Grinder
wire cup brush - good for getting off surface rust and paint
2 or 3 cutting wheels - for cutting out rotted floor pan, I used three
1 grinding wheel - smooth things out after you cut out the floor
pry bar - see my avatar, used to rip off pieces of metal that are welded to the frame
Now rip out your carpet and get cutting. As for replacements, I got mind from c2cfabrication.com for 100 and it fit perfectly. I used pop rivets to hold mine in, and sealed the edges with seam sealer. After that, I finished it off with a coating of rhinoliner. Rust is bad, but it's not the end of the world.

x2, welding in floorboards isnt really that difficult.. I taught myself to weld putting in new floorboards on my buddys 65 stang. Not really all that difficult if you fiddle with it for an hour or two, as long as you're only doing tacks.. I've yet to be able to lay a good bead yet, just not worth the risk to me when my best friend welds professionally for a living and the majority of the time the thing i need welded is pretty important lmao.

Well, I didn't have the money to buy a welder, so I really didn't have much of an option other than pop rivet the little feller in. But you all are right, get it welded if you can. Sure wish I could have.
And if the frame rails are rotted out completely, well, darn. Without pictures, I'm just guessing it's surface rust. If not, I'm fresh out of ideas.
Godspeed.

Did you look at Harbor Freight's 90amp welder?
For $100 you can't go wrong. I bought one just for my floors, and have used it on my door hinge pins as well as several exhausts for myself and a few friends.

I agree, its not the best welder, but for 99 bucks you cant harldy beat it. Just be sure not to burn it up. They have a real short duty cycle. Like weld for 1 min rest for 5 or 6.
