decided to play in the drive way and flex on some 35s and a 32 inch tire.....while doin it i noticed i made a mistake.....lol one leafspring is backwards...lol gotta turn it around soon...just curious what would happen if i fliped the other one backwards...what would the outcome offroad be? neways i gotta fix that and my rear lockring and o ring on tank before i go to the 4x4 mega challenge next week.

one thing i need yalls help on is how to fix shackle angle? anyway to adjust it?

why are the 32's on the jeep and 35's on the ground?

and take the 15 minutes and flip your leaf around. it will drive like a crab on the street, increased chance of vibrations, it is hoopty as hell and the leaf is weaker that way

 

yea im going to flip it around as i already said. but how do i fix my shackle angle. i know my flex is affected by the spring being backwards but this thing is kinda stiff in rear shackles are striaght.

 

either longer leafs or relocate your shackle mount

 

search on naxja for the shackle angle. There is a write up for a mount and also replacing leafs with ones from a dodge van, the leafs from the van are straight bolt in but they are 3 inches longer from the spring bolt to the rear shackle. It is my next mod cause the angle with lifts are just terrible.
