What would you all recommend a 3, 3.5 , or 4 inch lift I will be looking for more of a comfortable ride on the road. I may take it off roads but wont be rock crawling or nothing that requires hardly any axle flex. As it will be mostly road driven but still want it to have that jeep look or that aggressive look. And what tires can I fit for each. I will be aiming for backspace or tires to stick out past flares for a nice looking stance. And what all parts will have to be changed like sway links? Control arms etc. I'm new to jeeping but really passionate about it and young so any help is appreciated.

The shocks you buy will decide your ride quality. For your needs, I'd stick to a lower lift. Less lift = less parts you need to replace. Wheels with a 3.5-4" backspacing will stick out farther. The lower the backspacing, the more they stick out. I always go with 3.75" wheels and MT tires. #1 with a 2" lift and 30" tires. Pic #2 (my Jeep) is 4.5" with 33" tires.
