Clean the screw to maintain good contact.

The "engine end" of that ground may be attached to any convenient point on the engine. The factory put it on the rearmost cylinder head stud, but that's a pain to get a wrench on. I usually move it forward to the rearmost mounting screw for the fuel rail without incident, and with easier access.
