Finally started on the floor pans need to know best way to fix this
Finally it cooled down here enough for me to start doing the floor pans was in mid 90's all week and as expected found other spots that needs to be taken care of most of which should be no issue except for this area shown in the pics. This is on the drivers side where the bracket is for the rear seat and appears to be rusted thru some along the side area along the rear door sill (maybe my terminology is correct) Can this area be fixed from inside the fender area without removing the entire rear seat bracket? Or maybe just remove the spot welds where it fastens to the side and cut area out? The floor pan seems good in that area as unable to punch thru with a small screw driver just along the upright area back maybe 1/2 inch or so...will know more when I get the seam sealer removed. You can probably see two round holes where I pushed screw driver thru.

You'll just have to clean up the area, see what you have, cut out the rusted metal and patch in new. Simple as that. Your picture is hard to follow along with. Maybe a picture a little further back would help.
