its a 89 4.0 xj 5 speed i need a source to buy parts and accesorys. the horn currently does not work????? it came with a lifted front but idk if they just put aftermarket control arms on or if they put spings and shocks on also they did nothing to the rear..during the summer im goin to build it and i would like oppinions of what to do i have about 400 A month to work with. it needs new interior and some minor body work not sure what kinda lift to put on it or other trial worthy parts.. what should i do a tune up on before i start the build such as fluids wires hoses and such

First you need to figure out what you have. Pics would help. You could measure you ride height to determine current lift if any, http://www.mike-g.net/jeep/yinyang/tech/rideheight/. Then decide how much lift if any you want. XJ's are trail worthy stock, if the trails are not too difficult. So trail worthy depends on what kind of trails you mean. Stock XJ with a locker can wheel circles around one with 3-4" and open diffs on most trails.
