fender flairs and front end tow hooks?

I want to take off my fender flairs and and the trim that comes stock on an 1988 cherokee laredo. How should I go about taking them off?? this is what they look like
Front:

Rear:

I would also like to put front and rear tow hooks on but have no clue on where to attach them to I was told that if you cut off these black caps then that is were the frame comes out to and you attach them there. this is the cap I was talking about Thanks for the help

for hooks buy a kit for them you dont have to cut the bumper up at all, but you do have to have the brackets for them they will not be strong enough if just bolted to the unibody

They can with the jeep when I got it. I know parts stores sell them. Like claygrassmann said you should build a brace for them. I havent really messed with mine but I can take better pics if you want. But no you dont have to mess with your bumper at all for them
