I have finally sorted out all the maintenance that was needed on the XJ to be in perfect order, now its time for a lift.
Looking at 3" to fit 32's.
Fat Bob has a 3" lift with new leaf packs, Bilstein 5100's as an option.
I did a search but only can find BB reviews on him. Are the kits he has with coils and leafs are they any good? no sagging after 6 months?
Or should I stick with IRO, Rubicon etc?

I haven't seen any reviews either but you can read thru this.

I'm not sure who Obese Bob gets his springs from.
Try one of our vendors.

He'll have everything you need as an RE vendor.

That JF thread puts me off the Fat Bob kit, I have IRO on my WJ, does no one use them for XJ's much?
Serious OR above I can only find RE kits? The full leafs put the price up a bit, are AAL's ok?

zone offroads 3 inch kit is a better deal for 510 bucks they are a sister company to bds had a zone on my old jeep and the leaf springs were really beefy bar far a better kit than most in my opinion

that kit is fine just dont pay attention to some other directions they want u to take the leaf pack completely off n stuff and then pull the pitman arm n a bunch of crap u dont need to do. i had the kit for 5 months then decided lift coils and lift leaf plus blocks. that kit is actually a pro comp kit atleast mine was.

I have fat bobs 3" coils. And they ride great with no issues. I've had them for almost a year. I should've bought the entire lift kit though. I have 2" blocks in the back. Bad idea. Can't beat free though.
