Default Fan clutch rubbing.. tips

Hey.. i just recently replaced the fan clutch in my 95 xj bc she was running alittle hot..all is well now and shes running alot cooler.. but.. my fan clutch is now rubbing my radiator.. say i come off a stop sign.. she rubs for a while until the rpms come down... BTW my radiator seems to not be secured to well : ) its probably from 95.. anyways.. is this defiently the rad... or could it be something bigger like... engine mounts.. any help or input would be appreciated.. thanks

I would check the radiator mounts first as that would seem to be the problem of clearance... There is usually not much room in there anyways. The motor mounts will usually only allow a shift from side to side, not front to rear. Btw, may want to look at your tranny mount as it will allow some movement when it is worn
