I hear a low wisel < spelling when I accelerate or decelerate, first I thought it might be the power stearing, put some fuid in that, still, then I thought it might be the belt too tight (this I still think, its hard to flex), and I called a mech friend and he said it might be the fan clutch... what could it be?

 

My altenator was whining before I changed the old one for the 130 watt one and the new one is silent.
