Factory Battery Cable Wire Gauge ??

Factory Battery Cable Wire Gauge ??
Does anyone know the wire gauge of the factory battery cables with embedded leads? Looks like 6AWG but could be 8 AWG. Thanks!

I kinda of assumed both from trying to remember what they looked like on my '00 before upgrading them.
Positive maybe 6 gauge and negative ones being both 6 and 8 depending on which ones you are looking.

I think they are 6 gauge for most of the positive and 6 / 8 gauge for the negative. I am going from memory on my 92, I would have to go out and take a look.
If you are planning to change / upgrade, I would switch to 4 gauge at least, perhaps 2 gauge if you are planning to use heavy electrical loads.
