Face Vent Problem, please help!

Face Vent Problem, please help!
So in my 1993 Cherokee I get air out of the defroster and can feel it out of the floor vents but it's not coming out of the face vents. I see no want to switch between floor and face vents but I might just be blind. Am I missing something? And what are the different settings on the fan?
