Default Extreme RPMs and backfire on ignition

Hi guys. I have a 2000 Cherokee 4.0 that I have been having some issues with for a couple weeks. Everytime I go to start the car it will backfire from multiple cylinders and rev itself up to a couple thousand rpm kind of like I'm putting the gas pedal to the floor. I just replaced all the valves and springs on the head. I have also replaced all gaskets, IAC, TPS and all the spark plugs and I still can't figure this out. Any help on this would be much appreciated. This is my daily driver and I need to get it fixed asap. Thanks.

Your intake manifold isn't seated properly on the head.
