Extra Connector by Throttle Body

Extra Connector by Throttle Body
I was looking under the hood yesterday and notice a 4 prong connector in the wiring loom that also has the IAC connector and the TPS connector. I can't see anything around there that it would connect to, anyone have a clue what it is?
