extended shackles making a popping noise

Default extended shackles making a popping noise
I recently put a new 4.5" lift kit on and it sounds like my shackles are making a popping noise could this be because they aren't angled correctly? Any suggestions

Looks like its so pulled forward that when you go over a bump its slapping the front of the shackle box.

do you think shackle relocation brackets could get rid of that frequent popping/clunk noises?
