Default Extended brake lines

Im picking up a new soft line for the rear, I read through the junk yard part sticky but still a little unclear, what othervl type of vehical's line would fit? I need it to work with a 3-4" lift and its just that 1 line with the block at the end of it were the 2 hard lines connect to and then that vent line connects to the top of it.
