Exhaust Manifold: Same for RHD and LHD models?

back again :)
my exhaust manifold is going, it ticks/puffs where it has rusted at the join between the two three pipe sections. Exhaust putty has held it for about a year but it's going to fail inspection this time.

My question is: can I fit the cheapo stainless tubular manifolds from ebay on a Right Hand Drive Jeep? I can't find any mention of there being differences between RHD and LHD Cherokees but there are sometimes different exhaust pipes in other vehicles depending on the steering column etc.

The only exhaust headers available in the UK are second hand from junk yards and since this is a weak part I'd be wasting my time fitting one as old as mine so I'll be looking to get a replacement from the USA.

Any advice welcome!
thanks,
Morat

I don't think there's any difference. Isn't everything just on the opposite side?
