Hey guys yet again another post, Figured the other was long i needed to split them up. anyway alongside the Belt squeel since the Harmonic Balencer fail I found when I myself changed the valve cover gasket that the exhaust was lose or missing a bolt towards the end, i First saw it the gasket was hanging outside the engine above the manifold and then the next day I saw the bolt was out and lose from the engine. Prior to seeing this I've been hearing this rattling noise at first after shifting from 1st to 2nd i could hear it but now after a week i've been hearing it at idle. I looked into prices on NAPA, O'reaillys and Autozone and each are under $130 and I would like to replace it but being that I have little experience under the hood I wouldnt know how to go about it. I've seen youtube videos for the 6 cylinder engine and the person had to remove the power steering pump, the intake manifold, throttle thing, the gas line and the injector computer plugs. Also not having a shop or a garage to do it preferably i would like to know how long it will take so as my apartment complex doesn't get annoyed with a pulled apart jeep. thanks guys! Also I am willing to take some pictures or video in order to help. This is a 1994 Jeep Cherokee 2.5L 4 Cylinder with 5 Speed and A/C if that helps.
