What is a nice beefy sounding exhaust system that is relatively inexpensive?

For what it's worth, I just have a glass pack on mine and it sounds pretty good. Some people don't like it. It's personal preference really, but I have always been happy with mine. It definitely is noticeable!

Where do you buy one? How much? And it replaces that cat right?

Nothing but a cat replaces the cat. Federal law.

You can get a glasspak at just about any parts store. I got mine for $20 from Advance Auto.

Clamps or weld. Both are equally effective.
