Wanted to chime in here. I also have this code on my '99 and have traced it to a rotten steel vent line from the top of the tank to the canister. It is a 20" or so line with a rubber hose connection at the canister. However, I cants seem to find this line listed on any diagrams I can find. Would like to by the line and rubber hose connectors new if I can. the old one was way too rotted with sections even missing to be able to use as a good pattern.

Anyone know where i can get one of these tubes (fuel tank evap canister vent line)?

 

One of the forum members helped me out an another thread. If anyone needs the info, the part numbers are: 52100-162AE (steel tube portion) & 52100-035AB (rubber hose connection to tank)
