Environmental control light

I don't have my Haynes manual in front of me at work, but was wondering if changing the bulb for the enviro controls is an easy job, or if the dash has to come out...

the trim panel around radio/heatercontrols/guage cluster has to come off. then four 7mm screws & controls come out.
