New cables and battery? You replaced the ignition switch? It will start when you jump the starter solenoid? Is it an automatic? If so have you tried starting it in neutral? Do your reverse lights come on in reverse? If not than try jumping the nss. There are some good posts about rebuilding and jumping. If that doesn't do it i say starter.

Have new battery and all the cables are good,i don't see how it can be starter because it starts if i run a wire from battery to the starter relay the green wire will make it crank and it don't do it all the time LOL...

I think what these guys are saying is not necessarily the starter is bad but the solenoid. Replacing the starter is about the same cost snd you have a nw starter. I would check your nss then replace the starter

Next time it does it try holding the key in the start position and wiggling the shifter in park, or placing the shifter in neutral and trying to start it. It sounds an awful lot like an NSS issue.

Before you go pulling the whole thing out and cleaning it it will be much easier to jump the connector. That will tell you if it is the NSS for sure.

Here's is a diagram of the nss connector. You can jump pins B and C to test if it us a faulty nss.
