engine torque specs
 

i need the engine torque specs for the 4.0l engine of my 91 cherokee. or atleast where i can find them. what book would have a full set? i am doing an engine rebuild and its useful to have these so it doesnt... blow up.

This is an old thread, a quick google search would've given you your answer.
But if you look closely it says inch lbs.
INCH Lbs. (N.m)
Front Cover Bolts ................................. 62 (7)
Oil Pan Bolts
1/4" X 20 ..................................... 114 (13)
5/16" X 18 .................................... 156 (18)
Oil Pump Cover Bolts .............................. 70 (8)

digging up an old thread,
The camshaft sprocket bolt is 80 ft/lb ??

The TSM has 50 ft/lb,,, The Larry shepard 4.0 book has 80 ft/lb

I believe the TSM is correct
