Thats what he's trying to figure out. He needs to do some research around the web. I also was wondering whats involved with changing the wiring harness from 89 to 92, is it a lot of work???

If you have the 92 computer, why not use the 92 as full upgrade and keep the 92 intake and exhaust and everything? you already have everything stripped down why not swap over computers and wiring harness to the newer one?
I got the full truck to work with. I am trying to find the best and easiest way yo do it. Or would I be better of just selling the jeep and buying another one?

Default timing gears

I cant see the timing marks on the gears but if you look at the gears there should be a pronounced groove on each gear you will probably have to wipe the gears off to see them they should be in the indentical spot its like a clock if one of them is on seven the other one should be on seven and while your at it and ole wise tale is if you squeeze the chain in the middle and it touches together it needs to be replaced cause its stands a good chance of jumping a tooth
