Default engine swap

I have a 98 XJ 4.0 with a rod sticking out of the pan. Have a wrecked 01 with a good motor. Am swapping motors, 98 is 5 spd, 01 is auto. What do I do about the clutch pilot bearing? Looks like I need some sort of insert for 01 crank. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but you're in over your head if you're asking this question

Try doing a search before you make your very first post....

Sorry for being a newbie, did a search, found nothing, thought posting would be quicker. Did find answer elsewhere, though. Still think I'm in over my head?

All the 4.0L are the same. If you have both vehicles you'll have all the parts you need.
