engine swap

I have a 98 XJ 4.0 with a rod sticking out of the pan. Have a wrecked 01 with a good motor. Am swapping motors, 98 is 5 spd, 01 is auto. What do I do about the clutch pilot bearing? Looks like I need some sort of insert for 01 crank. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for being a newbie, did a search, found nothing, thought posting would be quicker. Did find answer elsewhere, though. Still think I'm in over my head?
