93 Cherokee Country. I have replaced the injectors, fuel filter, spark plugs, cleaned TB and IAC , and replaced wires. Engine has a stutter at idle and at driving speeds. No change in RPMs. I have also noticed a strong gasoline smell in the cabin, which makes me believe its running rich. Only thing I haven't ruled out is replacing the distributor and taking it to a shop to check for vacuum leaks. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks fellas

Things I would check next
- make sure the hose to the map sensor is not cracked
- check tps to make sure it's working
- most likely replace the o2 sensor

Just had to deal with this myself. It turned out it was one of the plugs beneath the ICM. It wasn't fully clipped in.
Best thing to do is take your time and do a thorough check making sure all lines, plugs, wires, dist. cap, etc are in good working order. This is how I found my issue.
Now, from the research I've been doing on this I've come across a lot of other people's fixes. One guy had the same symptoms as you (including the fuel smell) and it turned out his fuel pressure regulator was leaking gas right on to his exhaust manifold! I'd check there.
