I replaced my slave cylinder because i had no pedal at all. Got it all bled and what nots. My clutch pedal felt good, now (a day later) about halfway in it makes a grinding/binding kind of sound and if I push the clutch all the way in (it's kinda hard to do so) it will stall the motor out. That's with the tranny in neutral. My grandpa, stepdad, and I all have never seen this before. I'm thinking it's the throw out bearing, but really don't know. Any idea what it could be?
