engine oil cooler
I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0 engine, auto transmission. I want to add an engine oil cooler so I can tow a small camper up into the mountains. What kind of engine oil cooler will fit onto it? My mechanic tried one yesterday but it was too big.

I think your best and only option is to rig up an early XJ transmission oil cooler in front of the radiator. It is long and narrow and affixes at the bottom of the radiator

Engine Oil Cooler
Already have a factory installed transmission oil cooler but need to add engine oil cooler per the title of the thread. The tranny cooler doesn't leave room for an engine oil cooler so we're now looking at a dual circuit cooling system and taking out the tranny cooling system to make room. Anybody done this and what kind did you use?

I put a fan operated thermostatic oil cooler in the hood for both engine and tranny oil. One on each side
