Default engine noise diagnosis

hi i just picked up a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 4x4 with about 211k miles its kinda making a rattle in the top half of the motor i suspect the lifters with the miles on it and age it does not run rough at anytime just the noise my question (or questions) is this a major issue or should i just leave it be? i was looking in a repair guide and saw all i needed to do was remove valve cover, rocker arm bridge (whats this anyway?) push rods and i can use a special tool to pull them out is this correct? would there be anything more i need to know? could i try some additives or treatments? like i said i am speculating its the lifters if anyone else has any other ideas? i appreciate it this is my first jeep i am currently running 10w-30 in it with a lucus oil still made the noise so i put a stp in it too im still in the safe area on dipstick thanks
p.s. i am new to the forum

p.p.s. i forgot to mention before but one when i first start it in the morning its quiet for about 20 seconds then it make that noise and two when i pull up to a stop light or stop the vehicle there is a loud vibration coming from the engine and you can really feel it maybe that can help with diagnosis it goes away when i take off

4.0 I6's are typically noisy, chattery motors. Its prolly just normal noise.

When was your oil last changed? What weight/viscosity are you using?
