Hi, i posted in the modified tech also. I CAN NOT FIND THIS ANYWHERE..i do see similar in Grand cherokees.. I think the rubber mount could push out with a press bc it has a steel sleeve around it..its all welded put of a 2000 cherokee 2dr. 2.5 ...let me no if u no the part number for it please bc i have looked for hoirs now online !!
This has come up before without any clear resolution. Apparently among the other weird things Chrysler did in 2000, they changed the motor mounts on the 2.5L version, and not even the dealerships show the right part in their computers. They are similar in appearance to the 2.5L diesel mounts, and they MAY be diesel mounts repurposed for use on the 2000 gasoline 2.5L, parts 52059200AC and 52059201AC. Unfortunately nobody has yet confirmed that.
If you figure this out, please post back here so that the next guy with the same issue will know what to do. The last guy who had this issue just filled the cylinders on his existing mounts with urethane, but he never posted how well that worked.
FYI, your transmission mount is probably weird also.
It is here......similar to this......Chrysler Voyager mount.
Figuring this out is not rocket science.
Realize that Chrysler moved to a more universal style mount as these *******es do with everything else.
Never said it was rocket science. Just wanted some vetran assistance bc thats what the forums are for. Also to help others in the same situation..i can build my own and delete the bull crap if need be .. just wanted to see if its out there. THANKS.

Fyi, your transmission mount is probably weird also.
I was responding to the other poster who stated that this had come up before and no one really had an answer to the question.
Yes, that insert probably fits 38 other brackets.......all sorts of Chrysler makes.
I wonder if i can find just the insert...or if i will have to purchase another bracket and all? I will keep searching and if i need to get just another bracket and possibly press them out i could try ..I have a good press..I just would need to get somthing the exact diameter to press it out/ install.
I seriously doubt the Chrysler dealership is going to have the bushings by themselves, but it's worth a shot. Now that the mount is out of the vehicle, you can take it into the parts department and show them what you're working with, and maybe they'll be able to find the right part number.
Looking around, it appears that you can buy 3.5" bushings by themselves off Ebay and Amazon. The trick will be finding one with the correct offset for the center hole. You could try emailing this Ebay vendor to see if they had any advice on what bushing to use, since they seem to stock a lot of the 3.5" bushings:
Another thing you might try, although it could be a long shot, is to see if there's a Motion Industries warehouse near you. MI stocks all manner of bushings and bearings for all sorts of machinery. With this being a standard outside diameter, they may actually have a bushing that will work.
