Hi,

4 litre petrol, 1993 Cherokee

When engine is at running temperature it seems to miss (judder) from time to time. Might run fine for five minutes then miss miss miss and so it goes on. Starts fine and runs perfect when cold. Exhaust emissions are perfect. No coolant leaks. All vacumn and air hoses are sound.

So far I've replaced:
Crank Shaft Position sensor
Coolant Temperature sensor
Manifold Air Temperature sensor
Distributor Cap
Rotor
Leads
Spark Plugs
Fuel Filter
Cleaned carb
Added injector cleaner to fuel

Any ideas this is costing a fortune, reckon it's an elecrical problem for sure.

You ever figure out what the problem was. I'm having the same issue with my 98..

 

Your fuel pump may be on the way out.

 

I found the solution to my problem. The Coolant Temp Sensor was going out. It never threw a cel. I replaced it now its good as new..
