Default Engine Control Fuse 30A keeps blowing

Hey All, So the other night I was driving and all of the sudden the car shut off and didn't want to start. I couldn't hear the fuel pump priming the fuel rail, so right away I figured my fuel pump went belly up. I started to look around the engine bay to see if it might be anything else and guess what? The Engine Control Fuse 30A was blown. I put a new fuse in and that one blew out too. What could be the problem? My Ballast Resistor looked a bit crusty, could that be the culprit?

Good place to start, would also check all your grounds, make sure they are clean and tight.

Problem Solved! The O2 Sensor wires were melted to the Exhaust Manifold, causing it to short out and blowing the Engine Control Fuse. Easy Free Fix!! Cheers!
