engine chirp, and wheel skip

engine chirp, and wheel skip
2 issues to cover here, first thing is a chirping noise while driving at any speed before the engine is warm. This happens only while moving, not at idle, doesnt sound like a belt squeak. Any ideas?
Second, passenger front tire wore very fast and unevenly, and if i pull into a stall turning left at low speed it actually jumps or skips. I also noticed a single clunk when i first turn. Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated... I dont even know where to begin on jeeps =)
