Default Electronic shifting problem

1999 xj body, 2000 xj trans and tranfercase, 1995 grand Cherokee motor. I took a previously working motor, transmission, and tranfercase into a new jeep with a new computer but same wiring harness. Runs great but wont shift out of first. Unplugged the tcm and can manual shift it. Would like to fix it to where i can put it in drive and go. Please help

I bought the jeep with a new computer, chipped key, ignition, and security sensor. Idk the year of the computer i have tried 2 but because of the security key it wont run but for 3 seconds or so. Have yet to scan it so codes are unknown
