Electrical Problems - Please Help!
It has not been nearly a month since I've had my jeep!
It all started when I took it up a trail and a control wire to fuel injector #1 connector broke. I later fixed the connector hoping to have solved my problem, however the check engine light and misfire remained. I then diagnosed that the broken wire had shorted my PCM.
I went with a online refurbished flashed computer at a $180, relatively cheap price compared to other options (regretting my decision now). It was suppose to ship next day... but took nearly two weeks until I got the computer. I swapped out the computers and the jeep fired up, no misfire no engine light. Problem solved... or Not.
The next day the check engine was back on... ran the code and got one code P0443: EVAP control valve circuit malfunction. I also noticed that my blinkers/hazards would flash a couple of times and then get stuck on.
My thought is that I got a poorly refurbished computer that lasted one day. But could there be an actual problem with the EVAP solenoid? That same day on the trail when looking under the hood I heard an air leak and noticed the hoses to the solenoid came off, so I plugged them back in (but that code did not show when I first ran the codes that showed the cylinder misfire).
Can the PCM cause the problem with the blinkers? Do the blinkers have a "Flasher" that may need replaced?
Does anyone have any input?? I don't know where the problem lies and what is just a coincidental problem. I am going a little crazy... I kinda wish i had just taken it into a dealer a month ago.
Any thoughts are much appreciated!

Call the place you bought the PCM from and run all that by them.
Don't wait, some of those places have very short windows for exchanges or refunds.
In the meantime if you haven't already, might want to dis-connect the PCM connectors and check them for bent pins, etc.
