Default electrical problems. need help asap!

Just to start I have a 96 jeep Cherokee(xj) se. It was previously stole and I got it back. I have put a new steering column out of an automatic in it and another wiring harness. I Have power to everything besides the starter and the fuel pump. Has anyone had the same issues?

Congratulations on getting your ride back! Lucky if the column is the only thing screwed.

Sounds to me like it isn't wired correctly. Who connected the new harness?

Whats an NSS cable?
