Default Electrical(?) Problems With Accessories

My uncle went to start his Jeep today, and with no prior problems relating to it; the radio, blower motor, windshield wipers and the lighter refuse to come on. Headlights, turn signals, etc all work. Battery is charged, terminals cleaned and tightened. No fuses blown, tried replacing several just to be sure.

*Impossibly confusing thing is, when you turn the key back to aux, everything works as it should. When you turn it to the forward accessories position, or to on, not a thing.

*On an unrelated note, we took the radio out to use in another car, and after we put it back in, for some reason the blinkers and hazards stopped working. Yet, when you have the hazards 'on' the blinkers work.

If you have any ideas on either issue, please let me know. My uncle throws newspapers, and it is a bit chilly without the blower motor.

Try looking at the ignition switch relay assembly. It's all one piece and all of the problems you are having go through it. JP magazine did a write-up on it back in October I believe.
