Hey all--I have a '96 Cherokee Country with the 4.0 engine and auto//I've noticed that when I start her up in the cold mornings my rear windshield wiper will work--off--then on--then off-then on and then finally off after about 10-15mins driving--this without touching the switch and it is in the off position//when it's warm out I don't see this happening//very strange//when I actually need to use it I switch it on and it works fine as well as the washer feature//Another funny thing is when I turn on the heating and cooling system at any time the wiper will go once or twice and then stop//There are no other electrical issues and my battery remains fully charged//any suggestion would be helpful//thanks--George
