Okay, so besides the other posts I have... I just started to notice that my tail lights on the passenger side does not look so bright as the driver side. Could it be a ground issue?

I have a 1988 cherokee, manual, Dana 30 (f), Dana 35 (r), 4.0 online 6

Could be loose, or dirty. Or both. Remove and clean.

Yes, it could be a ground issue. OR loose, or dirty, or the bulb is going.

Pull it apart and find out.
