I just bought a 01 cherokee xj sport and my speakers and my heat cut in and out amd now my brights nor regular running lights are working thinking I need to replace the whole harness but do not have the money any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated!!

 

they are separate issues...replacing the wiring harness would cause massive issues.
Headlight connectors corrode, check them
regarding heat...is the heat turning cold or is the fan going on and off...and for how long?
Radio, pull the radio and check the wiring to each speaker...

 

The problems all have the ground in common. Start at the negative terminal on your battery and take apart, clean (a Dremel with a wire brush is good) and replace every connector, wire or connection back to the firewall and engine block. Then test to see if there are still issues (sometimes it is multiple problems).

 

The blower motor cuts out and it differs every time sometimes it comes on after 20 or 30 seconds and sometimes it takes awhile I will most definitely check the terminals!

 

The blower fan has a resistor for the bottom 3 speeds and the high setting is direct bypassing the resistor. What is the speed setting of the fan when it cuts out?

 

It doesn't happen on any set speed sometimes it just won't even turn on at all
