Default Electrical Gremlins

So I have a small problem with my jeeps electrical. Some times the radio and wipers don't work. eventually the radio will work but as soon as I got for the wipers it shuts backoff for 30 seconds or so then back on. I Know I do need to replace the turn signal switch cause my signals don't work but would this cause that other issue too? I tried to do research on this but only found similar problems on like 97+ TJ. I have a 1990 2dr Xj 4.0 5spd.
Thank you

Gremlins suck. Best advice I got is to trace those wires down and inspect them and give em the ol wiggle test. Wiggle away and hope its just a loose connection. Loose fuse maybe ? Corosion maybe, had any water leaks around windshield or dash ? You could also take the stereo power wire and get a tester on it while wiper is on, see if that is really the culprit or just a coincidence.

I haven't noticed any water issues. I have tried wiggling the wires under the dash and by the fuse panel. that ussualy helps for a bit. But this problem does happen more when its hot out not in the mornings. I did read aboyt how factory clutch master cylinders leak some times and get in the fuse box. didn't notice any of that though. so this weekend im planning on tearing into the dash... Wish me luck

I will bet the brown wire at your ignition switch is burned and the switch is bad.

So I managed to replace the ignition switch, Turn signal switch, and my lock cylinender. It fixed the radio/wiper blade issue but the Turn signals still don't work. it now has a brand new switch and flasher. I know the bulbs are good because they all light up with th hazards. I do have led bulbs in there but they wernt a problem when I first put them in. Thoughts?
