Default Electric fan issues

I had a shop put in a new fuse box and do much rewiring, now my electric fan will not work. I think it was bypassed by the previous owner. I cannot find a write up on how to toggle switch it so it comes on when I want it to, or run it to the radio or iginition switch so that it comes on and goes off when the key is turned. Anyone know where this info is?

Thanks

Does not work when ac is on, or after driving a while. I figured it would be cheaper to rewire first, then if not working, buy a new one. It was working before the shop had it.

Thanks
