well I finaly got it instaled to day
I got a 14" fan off ebay 48 bucks to my door in 3 days
got it from ebay seller partsunlimited
This is a 14" electric fan. Curved blades make it a very efficient Quite quality puller type fan . 2500 cfm (Mounts behind the radiator) Measures approx 2 and 1/4" deep at the motor + 1/2" in the center for the motor bearing. total diameter 14 and 1/8 " at the mounting bracket. Now includes mounting kit as pictured. The motor uses 14-16 amps There's no magic in electric motors the more amps the more power the more air it pulls. Motor has full ball bearings Made by SNEM who also supply's fans to Ford, Chrysler, and GM. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations
it bolted up purity easy I had to drill two new holes on the top and slide screw clips from the shroud over to the new holes
on the bottom I used two 1-1/2 L brackets and some self taping screws to attach to the bottom frame member
I used a standard 87a relay to power the new fan
I ran a jumper from the auxiliary fan over to the relay
to kick the fan on at 210 and if the AC is running it will come on also
it is setup to be on constant with a switch but if the key is off it will go off also so I don't need to worry about forgetting it and having it run and kill the bat

FYI you may want to flip that relay so the wires are facing down...to avoid water geting inside. i had my headlight relays like that and they got corroded and quit working.

Got two questions. I have a Aux fuse box like yours I just mounted inside the cab and I don't care for the placement, do you have any probs with your aux boxes getting wet?
Second did you just simply unbolt the motor driven fan and stick the ele. one in place or did you have to modify the motor drive fan mounting location to make the ele. one fit?
Thanks

but normally no water gets on that spot the last water we did was about 18" deep
yes unbolt the motor driven fan and clutch and stick the ele one in place
the only mod on the motor was removing the studs for the old fan and using bolts in there place
