Where can I find the clip that keeps the fan on. The clip slides into the slot on the shaft that the fan goes on. Thanks in advance

 

The fan slips into two slots at the bottom of it's mounting position then is secured with two screws at the top of the fan shroud. If you are talking about the metal clips that fit onto the retaining tabs to keep the bottom of the fan from vibrating around, you'll probably need to go to a junk yard or the dealer. Alternatively, you can just wrap a little duct tape around those until they snuggly fit into the slots.

 

Its the fan itself that's loose. The shroud is good. The fan isn't on its axis, so it slides down towards the engine and rubs against the belt. I have a 95 i6 if it helps
