Ebrake woes

Ebrake woes
My ebrake is just haggard. The bolt that keeps the retaining bracket tight for the brake lines is bent. I've tried heat and vice grips and hammers but it gonna need to come out. Can I just replace the bolt or is it a whole assembly 1996 2 dr xj sport
