Hi , i was a former user of those so called "projectors headlight " and believe me those are not real projectors , if you can take a closer look at the pictures the headlight has a piece of glass assembled on top of the bulb that looks pretty much like a projector but its just as i said a piece of glass , for the projector to work they need the frame where the magnifier loupe is placed to make the retrofit , so if you dont want to waste your money dont buy this couse i already did ....

Stay away from those garbage eBay HIDs. Get some E-Code H4s and upgrade the stock wiring.

If you want to do it on the cheap get AutoPals. If you want to spend more and get the best get Cibies.

For bulbs anything from Osram, Philips, or Narva will do. Stay away from blue coated bulbs.

You can make your own wiring harness or buy a premade one. SUVLights and a few other places sell premade ones.

If you really want HIDs Veeb0rg already posted the only 2 good options.

Yes real projectors are 10x brighter then eBay specials and they don't have as much strain on your eyes from the light scattering. Right now in NJ their is fog, with the eBay ones I was blind.
Here are my projectors.

there are several options i would take before paying those 800 , first ill make a mess spending time making my own or just buy this retrofit which you can insert into your actual headlights , this are sold on many online stores and they seem to work , i havent tried yet , but i soon will check them out , ill leave you the links from ebay so you can check them out , they come with instructions video and everything...

They will fit 1997 XJ and + just tell the guy you have a Jeep he gives you longer screws bolts right in. If you want to make your own projectors look up the retrofit source. No eBay projectors for headlights. I am buying a pair of projectors from eBay next week for my fogs. I will make a thread when it is done to see if they can handle HID's and not catch on fire.
