Default easiest/best way to put license plate up front

I have a stock 96 Cherokee Country. I have a work related metal car tag that I want to put on my front bumper, but my bumper didn't come with the factory tag bracket.

What is my easiest way to attach this tag to my bumper? I dread the thought of taking the bumper off again - all those nut/washer/clamp things that hold the bumper bolts in broke on me the last time I had it off, making it a pain to get the bumper back on.

That's what I was thinking. Doesn't the bumper have a slight curve to the center though? Or is mine supposed to be straight?

Here is how I did it:
First I went to Auto-Zone and bought a License Plate Mounting kit...
Second I zip-tied that to the grill with 3 ties so they would not show...
Third I screwed the plate to the mounting kit...

They make phillps head washer head tek screws. A cordless drill and you are done in less than a minute. Then it won't impact your cooling

Finally got my license plate up front. Here's what I used:

From AutoZone I purchased:

Cruiser black plastic license plate mounting bracket p/n 79150 ($4.99)
http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...questid=289865

Bell stainless steel self-tapping license plate fasteners p/n 45909-8 ($2.99)
http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...questid=290044

I also used a couple of washers I had laying around on the Bell stainless steel screws. I just centered the Cruiser bracket, made some marks, and used a center punch so I could get a drill started in the bumper. After getting some decent sized holes, I slipped a washer over each screw, then put the screw through the bracket and into the bumper.

The 4 screws that hold the tag onto the bracket just barely touch the bumper, but in my opinion they just reinforce the tag bracket on top and bottom.

Team Cherokee has an OEM XJ front license plate mount. It's around $25.00 plus shipping.
