I'm horrible with electronics and wiring so forgive the dumb question but do the color codes for the front right and left speaker wires also stay the same as they go in to the kicker panel? Example the right front speaker wires are

Purple and something else. Does that stay that way as it goes into the body of the jeep? I'm trying to add speakers to the inside since I've made my doors removable and wanted to make sure I have the right wires.

Maybe, what year do you have? Sometimes the colors change when they cross connectors.
In general though from the head unit to the speakers I think there's only one connector. If you know the Jeep-side and the door-side (easy enough to find out) you should be set

Ya it's a early(march) 97' as far as I can see, the wiring is constant with the 97' year. No cross wiring from 96' like I've been told does happen a lot lol
