Default Dropping the tank tomorrow, anything I need to know?

Tomorrow I'm dropping my tank to do a fuel pump gasket. It's an '01. Is there anything special or tricky I should know? Is there a fuel line at the tank that requires the special fuel line tool?

Eat some wheaties... That s**t sucks, and yes you need a fuel line disconnect tool. A can of pb blaster might be a good idea too for the tank bolts

From my experience PB isn't gonna help I would recommend buying new bolts for the tank straps before getting started because the old ones are probably gonna snap off or at least the ones on the 93 I bought a few years ago did

dropped the tank today with no issues. Did it by myself. Bolts survived.

Problem is...

I dropped the tank chasing a evap code. New gas cap, put smoke in the system and it didnt come out anywhere but you could hear air somewhere around the top of the tank. Also noticed the front of the tank was exceptionally clean and slightly damp. I smell gas occasionally too

So I dropped the tank, but the gasket under the big locknut is perfect, not fittings appear to be damaged, and the evap line was tightly connected.

So what do I do?
